Continuing our dynamic and productive collaboration with the Ministry of National Defense, which began in 2021, we signed our second three-year Memorandum of Cooperation.
Aiming at studying and reflecting the impacts of Covid-19 pandemic on the marine environment and on the sea professions, the Cooperation Network for the Marine Environment and Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation prepared the collective publication “Pandemic, Sea and Man in Greece”.

Laskaridis Charitable Foundation, as part of its participation in the 1821-2021 Initiative, held a two-day Conference entitled “Benevolence and New Hellenism”, opening the discussion on the history of benevolence and the contribution thereof to the formation of Greece from the pre-revolutionary period until this day.
The Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation in collaboration with Lidl Hellas launched the second open innovation action “Sustainability Hackathon”, with the technological and organizational support of Crowdpolicy, within the frameworks of the national campaign “Greece Free of Single-Use Plastics” and under the auspices of Ministry of Environment and Energy. The aim of the action is to encourage society and businesses to create prototype applications and solutions that utilize technology, to contribute to a sustainable everyday life.
The Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation collaborates with Adidas for the prevention and avoidance of the plastic pollution of the sea and a more sustainable future for the planet.
Filopappou Hill was the starting point of the new “Dryas” project, a collaboration between the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and Sports, within the framework of the three-year Memorandum of Cooperation signed by the two bodies.
