2025 was a year of meaningful work and measurable results for the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation.
The ship “Typhoon” continued its cleanup of inaccessible Greek coastlines for the seventh consecutive year, while the “Cyclone Project” significantly bolstered the cleanup of inland areas, such as lakes, rivers, and archaeological sites. The new “Saronicos Project” marked the launch of a holistic effort to restore the Saronic Gulf.
Significant partnerships with Greek and foreign universities further strengthened the Foundation’s impact.
Through consistent support for small businesses via “The People’s Trust” and targeted grants, the Foundation continued its investment in a sustainable future with significant social impact.
With the strength of a team of more than 90 people working daily in the field and in the offices, 2025 proved that change comes through consistent and continuous action.
